Summary
The Mount Pleasant Operation is a joint venture between MACH Energy Australia Pty Ltd (95%) and J.C.D. Australia Pty Ltd (5%).
Strong relationships with our local business partners are essential as we establish ourselves as committed, long term members of the Muswellbrook business community. We will work collaboratively with new and existing suppliers to drive innovation and build capability to achieve our local supplier strategy objectives.
To this end, it is the objective of procurement to achieve value for money and maximise supplier performance in procurement activities to assist MACH Energy Mount Pleasant Operations in achieving its corporate objectives.

| Professional Indemnity Insurance | Only if we are requesting advice from the Contractor, Consultant or Supplier. Minimum $5M. |
| Public and Products Liability Insurance | Yes: Minimum $20M. |
| Workers Compensation Insurance | Yes: Required by law for all services. |
| Quality Assurance System | Yes: Either own certified system or may be requested to work under MACH Construction or Mine Operators systems. |
| WH&S System | Yes: Either own certified system or may be requested to work under MACH Construction or Mine Operators systems. |
| ABN/ACN | Yes: As a rule, must be a registered business or company and both organisations must be registered for GST. |
