Members of the Upper Hunter Mining Dialogue Communications Working Group met in Singleton this week to discuss a range of Dialogue matters.

As with recent Joint Advisory Steering Committee and Joint Working Group meetings, members provided input into potential actions that the Dialogue may explore in response to feedback gathered from participants in the 2022 Community Forum discussion sessions.

Member comments and suggestions will be used by the Dialogue secretariat to guide and develop the Dialogue’s 2023 work program.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for an initial discussion to help inform a forthcoming review of the Dialogue’s Communications and Engagement Strategy.

The intent of this review will be to determine opportunities to improve or enhance the Dialogue’s communications and engagement activities with various stakeholders.
