Members of the Upper Hunter Mining Dialogue’s Communications Working Group met earlier this week.

The working group discussed and endorsed the Draft Report resulting from the Dialogue secretariat’s review of our stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.

Members of the group were key contributors to the review, which is designed to improve or enhance the dialogue’s engagement and communications strategies and activities.

The working group also provided valuable feedback to further enhance the outcomes of the review.

The report and recommendations from the Communications Working Group will now be considered by the Economic and Social Development Committee at their upcoming meeting in September.

The working group also received updates from the Environment Working Group, including on the upcoming Pasture Restoration Field Day, which is scheduled for October.
