The Hunter Research Foundation presented the preliminary results of recent research on perceptions about the Dialogue among participants.

The research involved a series of 40 interviews with Dialogue stakeholders with the final results to be released at the Dialogue’s Annual Forum. The results will help shape the Dialogue’s future priorities.

The Committee was also briefed on work being undertaken to establish a multi-stakeholder working group to progress development of an integrated landscape plan for the Upper Hunter, reflecting growing interest from the community on potential use of rehabilitated land post-mining.
