Find out more about the Dialogue’s busy 2023 in our Summer 2023/2024 Newsletter

Looking back on 2023, it has been a significant and challenging year for the Upper Hunter, particularly the Singleton community. It has been humbling and inspiring to see how the community has come together to support and care for each other.

During 2023, the Dialogue has maintained our ongoing focus on environmental monitoring and reporting projects and reviewed our stakeholder engagement and communications to ensure we remain responsive to the needs of the community.

Our school mine tours program rolled out again across the Upper Hunter and a highlight of 2023 was a highly successful Pasture Restoration Field Day in October. We finished the year by farewelling our long term Chair, Sarah Withell and welcoming new Chair, John Watson.

2024 is shaping up as another very busy and productive year for the Dialogue, and we wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year over the holiday period.
