Find out more about the Dialogue’s successful 2024 in the Summer newsletter

2024 was another successful year for the Dialogue. A major highlight was the Community Forum in Singleton, with over 120 community members, mining employees, and government representatives gathering to discuss key issues important to the community.

The environmental monitoring projects continued with now over a decade of data collected on rehabilitation, water usage, and air quality in the Upper Hunter.

It was another successful year for our School Mine Tour Program, with nearly 600 students visiting mine sites to learn firsthand about mining operations.

The 2024/2025 Summer Newsletter provides updates on the latest news and activities from the Dialogue, including:

  • The 2024 Community Forum,
  • Establishing the Youth Advisory Group,
