Business Procurement Events

Connecting local suppliers with mining personnel contacts to provide business-ready interactions.

The Upper Hunter Mining Dialogue is working to connect local suppliers with mining companies via the Business Procurement Events, which are jointly held with the assistance of both the Muswellbrook Chamber of Commerce and Singleton Business Chamber.

These events provide an opportunity for many local business people and mining industry representatives to network and discuss procurement opportunities directly with mining industry leaders and procurement experts from mines operating in and around the Upper Hunter.

Business participants have benefited from learning more about detailed company procurement processes and how they can become involved in various current and upcoming supply opportunities on offer.

Whilst events have not been able to proceed in 2020, the Dialogue looks forward to working with the local business community to host similar events in 2021 and continue delivering informative and relevant content and networking opportunities to potential suppliers.
